Pink peppercorn & Himalayan salt.
Our limited edition bar became a full time regular from the response it received last year! We use single origin chocolate from Sao thome, located in the Gulf of Guinea, just off the coast of central Africa. It has intense flavour, with a rich cocoa taste, and fruity notes, it paired perfectly with the sweet and spiciness of pink peppercorns, and the Himalayan salt really elevates that flavour combination.
It is a very smooth and silky chocolate bar. I personally recommend just placing one piece on your tongue and allowing the flavours to burst through as it melts.
This bar is suitable for vegans.
All of our bars are handmade and all wrapped individually by hand in our store in Brighton and Hove.
Ingredients: Cocoa mass Sao Tome, sugar, emulsifier:soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa butter, pink himalayan sea salt, pink peppercorns
Store in a cool, dry place, between 12 and 18 degrees.
