Ruby chocolate is now the fourth type of chocolate. Created by Callebaut chocolate. It took over seven years to create. Little is known about this chocolate as it is very secretive. It is naturally flavoured with an amazing natural berry flavour, naturally pink in colour (we believe this is due to being under fermented). Similar to a white chocolate, and is becoming more and more popular. Certainly worth a try, you won't be disappointed.
All of our bars are handmade and all wrapped individually by hand in our store in Brighton and Hove.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, acid: citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring
Store in a cool, dry place, between 12 and 18 degrees.
