One for the more sophisticated palate - I was told as a young chef that the flavour profile of smoke and chocolate doesn't work together.....so I had to prove my old chef wrong. This dark, smokey, salty chocolate is the perfect way to end an evening in front of the fire, ideally with a whisky in the other hand!
Using single origin Brazilian dark chocolate, it pairs perfectly with lapsang souchon tea and sea salt.
This bar is suitable for vegans.
All of our bars are handmade and all wrapped individually by hand in our store in Brighton and Hove.
Ingredients: cocoa mass Brazil, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, sea salt flakes, 100% smoked black tea.
Store in a cool, dry place, between 12 and 18 degrees.
