The 'posh caramac'
This big hitter needs no introduction. Often described to us, as a 'posh caramac', our caramelised white chocolate is smooth and creamy as it melts in your mouth. Its light brown in colour, and has deep flavours of caramel.
All of our bars are handmade and all wrapped individually by hand in our store in Brighton and Hove.
Ingredients
Cocoa butter, sugar, whole MILK powder, MILK sugar, whey powder (MILK), skimmed MILK powder, caramelised sugar (2%), emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, salt.
Store in a cool, dry place, between 12 and 18 degrees.

Summer Delivery
During the warmer weather If temperature exceeds 25 degrees, your product will be held and dispatched once temperature drops below 25 degrees to ensure product arrives in good condition.
